Truly Superior Contractors!
Marcin with Superior Pad Construction is fantastic. He is very professional, very experienced, shows up when he says he will, and is about the nicest guy you’ll meet. He and his guys really understand the importance of working in peoples’ homes; they are very nice, very respectful and the amount of preparation they put into protecting the rest of the house from the workspace was beyond impressive. Most important, they are excellent craftsmen! They can literally do everything and do it as well as specialists in any one trade can. The quality of their work, including the things you’ll never see (behind the walls, under the tiles, electrical, plumbing, etc…) is truly top notch. And they move! Although I would tell any future clients not to expect it, they finished a week early- a 5x12 full bathroom remodel in 6 days! Last but not least, Marcin quoted us a very reasonable price for the project and kept to it. Can’t recommend Superior Pad enough, all the great reviews are legit! We’ll definitely have them out for some future projects.

Marcin and his team did a fantastic job on our primary bathroom full gut and remodel. They were able to think creativity to help us get everything on our wish list and provide tips on what is most practical or other clients have liked in the past. Since we were not working with a designer, this experience and perspective was very helpful. There were a few miscommunications along the way (as are likely in any reno). In each case, Marcin and his team immediately fixed the issue. Communication was great during the reno, which was much appreciated. We're looking at using his team again for additional work in our home.

Marcin's communication during the initial planning was patient, timely, and he gave very consultative advice based on his experience. We were thankful that his crew showed up exactly ontime everyday and did not leave one minute early. The workmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal.
