Sapphire picked up the phone right away and scheduled an electrician to look at my problem the same week. The tech, Shawn, was very professional and diagnosed the cause within 30 minutes. He did a great job of explaining the issue and what may have caused it. He provided a quote on the spot and explained every line item for me. The following week, Shawn came out to complete the work, and it fixed more issues that I didn't even know I had! He walked through the work he did and we tested everything to make sure I was happy. I’ve used Sapphire on three occasions at our home. They’ve always been great with communication, worked long hours to get power up. The biggest job was over a few days, due to our lines being damaged because of an accident on the street. They did all the coordination work with ComEd and our insurance company. We didn’t have to do anything on our end. Can’t praise them enough.

Sapphire's experienced electrician was great! Very knowledgeable and gave clear explanations of what he was checking and seeing. His diagnosis was correct; we had a problem at the pole which is ComEd's responsibility. He was able to get a truck from Comed within about 12 hours to fix the connection. Sean was very polite and cordial. I highly recommend Sapphire.
