They were always on time, always courteous, helpful and pleasant which was important when contractors were in our home for two weeks! They were reasonably priced, completed the work on time, explained the work that they were doing, and were extremely courteous. If we could give them a higher score we would. We are going to have more electrical work done and we are definitely calling SAFE Electrical.

Our house is over 100 years old and has had some remolding, but it was only a little challenging for Charles to design the best layout for our needs. Charles and his team returned to tweak our new system as required by subsequent city and ComEd inspections. We are very satisfied with and highly recommend Safe Electrical!

“We were hit by a pretty bad storm late at night this summer.”

We were hit by a pretty bad storm late at night this summer. The downed tree branches took out all of our external electrical, downed wires, it was a mess. We were without power for 2 days. Safe Electrical came out the same day I called and assessed the damage for no charge and wrote a competitive estimate. Unfortunately, given the timing of events, they couldn't make it out for repairs until the next afternoon. I was really worried about losing everything in my freezer. Charles offered to let me use one of his generators overnight to keep things from spoiling, ultimately saving me hundreds in grocery costs. The guys that came out the next day were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a long job, but they powered through. I would recommend Safe Electrical 100% and plan to use them for all of my electrical needs.
