I was really worried that, after a situation I experienced previously, I wouldn’t get approved and would have to pay out of pocket for a new roof. Thankfully, I had Revive Restoration come out for an inspection. Doug and Danny were incredible—they helped me get approved for a new roof just in time, right before hitting the 25-year mark when I would’ve become ineligible. I was very pleased how he, and the RR team facilitated and handled all communications with the insurance company, HOA/Village which included securing all necessary documents. I wouldn’t have known where to begin such a process, but Danny was there from start to finish. My roof looks great and with the warranty, I’m confident that it will last!

Wow! If there were a ten star rating I would give it to them. This was such a seamless process from start to finish. Doug and his team were amazing. The initial meeting made us aware of extensive damage done to our home by a storm. It’s not often we inspect our property after a storm. Doug and his team pointed out so many portions of damage. We didn’t really think that it was possible to file a claim. Doug assured us that he would see this through. He was impressive in his inspection of our home. he helped from start to finish with our insurance company . He spent three hours with the insurance inspector, making sure they were aware of each and every portion of damage to our home. We were awarded a very generous claim. The claim even allowed us to purchase a new garage door. Once the work was started, his crews were impeccable. They were friendly, informative, and at the end of each day they cleaned everything up, including putting the planters back on the front porch in the exact spots they were when they arrived. The timing was exact. There were no surprises. And once the job was done, the workmanship was equally as impressive. There were details that we later saw that we weren’t even aware of as part of the initial quote that included the scope of the job. I cannot recommend them enough. I would work with Doug and his team time and time again on any project I had the opportunity to work with them on. I wish everybody that I worked with came with such professionalism, expertise, and vision. Not to mention warm and friendly customer service. They are the best!

Revive Restoration is the best Roofing and Restoration business by far. After having two prior estimates for a new roof, I called Revive. Doug and his team, Danny and Ben, arrived within the hour and immediately got out their ladders and went up on the roof for an inspection. Much to our surprise he showed us pictures of extensive hail and wind damage to our roof, gutters, and skylights. Neither of our previous companies identified any of these. Doug said that we should file an insurance claim because he was certain that all of this damage would be covered. We were a little hesitant, but Doug offered to walk us through the process. In a short time, Doug completed our claim and submitted it to our insurance company that very day. We were contacted by our insurance company the very next day to schedule an appointment with one of their adjusters and notified Doug that they were coming. On the day of the inspection, Danny from Revive was there to walk through the damage that they had found. Danny and the adjuster were on the roof for about an hour. When the inspection was over the adjuster approved the entire claim! Danny gave us an estimated start date and they started right on time. They did a fantastic job on everything. When they were done our house looked like a different house. They cleaned up my entire property afterwards and you would never know that a construction project had just been completed. Overall, you will never find a better company to work for you. Along with their craftsmanship, Revive is a company of high integrity. They are honest and prompt and are dedicated to their customers. Doug and Danny are experts in how the insurance claim process works and will take all the time needed to walk you through the process and get you claim approved. If you need a roofing contractor, Revive is the only choice.
