Tony the owner was extremely responsive and professional. Quality Way also completed tuckpointing and other masonry repair work after the ivy was removed. The step-out balcony above living room had been leaking on/off for many years. Needed a true professional to handle this since it would be our 3rd replacement roof. Found Quality Way online and read the reviews which were all very good. Tony returned my online request to look at my situation, was at my house next day and he identified source of water issues very fast. He sent 6 men for two full days to completely re-do the parapet walls, strengthen the floor trusses, new rubberized deck and finish with cement board siding wall and composite decking. Super water tight and solid! A lot of work and I paid for the best and got it. Roofing is their craft and Quality Way Roofing and Masonry will be the only call I'll make if ever needed for other roofing needs. May 2025 Got Quality Way Roofing back to provide an Inspection and Proposal for my new Insurance company. Tony was there next day, his review and proposal sent the same night. Work done 3 days later. High quality workmanship by three man crew over two days work. Highly recommend Quality Way and owner Tony Ziko to take care of business for you.

It was a big job and the weather was cold but they got the job done and went the extra mile to patch everything up and get the bricks removed quickly. If there were 10 Stars, Quality Way would get them from me! My roof replacement, that was just completed yesterday , couldn’t have gone better in every way- from the quote process which was highly detailed and explanatory and the permitting, to the tear down (of multiple layers of asphalt and the original cedar shingles) and roof replacement - and the meticulous cleanup of the property. Tony Ziko, the owner, was hands-on every step of the way and handled every aspect with his crew - including re-securing the gutters, adding air vents (there had never been any) and answering every question via text or phone (and I had many). Tony had his crew photograph the entire process and sent me updates throughout the 2.5 days the job took. His price was in the same ballpark as the other four quotes I received- but was less than most and the materials were the same as all the others. The roof looks great- and hopefully, will last many, many years! Fantastic to work with and great job!

We recently had our 6-unit condo building's roof replaced, and I cannot recommend Quality Way enough. From the first meeting with Tony to get an estimate it was clear this is a professional company and they certainly deliver a gold star service. Tony was very patient in answering our many questions! The work was booked in promptly and the team arrived each on time and worked really hard to get the work completed to schedule. The clean-up work was amazing too, and the team even went onto the garage roof to collect some of the fallen debris. Ten out of ten, and strongly recommend!

Tony and the team are best in class. These guys are super communicators and high-quality roofers. They do a top-notch job and I would recommend them WITHOUT HESITATION.
