Once I call the number Proliance immediately jump right on it to make sure I would have an appointment scheduled right away . I heard from a gentleman by the name of Mike he was phenomenal explaining the whole process step by step !! Very patient answer all the questions that myself, and my wife had been the first timer having any experience of replacing a roof. The customer service was unequivocally impeccable with his whole team as well as the guys that actually did the installation . May of 2025 a hail storm left us with roof and siding damage. We called Proliance as we had seen them in our neighborhood. They handled everything including making the claim with insurance. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Once claimed was approved things moved very quickly & efficiently. They laid out the plan and everything happened as they said it would from the project consultant, to the roofers, siding, and gutter installers. We can’t say enough about all of them. They all worked very hard and efficiently. In 3 days we had a beautiful home that looked like new. Proliance went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

Proliance made the process of us getting a new roof painless and efficient! From the first day we signed up with them until they completed our roof it’s been nothing but professionalism! The contractors were there early in the morning and finished mid afternoon! They cleaned up all the debris from the former roof! I was hesitant to submit a claim for a new roof with my insurance due to traditional stigmas of insurance not covering but Proliance assured me they would help me at every step of the way. They made the process so easy. Once the claim was approved I met with Marlin who helped breakdown the process and helped me pick out the colors for our roofs. They helped me and my father get a new roof for our homes and the fact that they had bilingual staff was even better. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish we are very pleased with the service and product we received from Proliance. From the start, Chris and his partner got things going in a swift manner as we were pressed for time that day. Cristian was swift and easy and he explained everything in the contract and worked with us closely as we had a special need removing an old chimney from a fireplace that no longer existed and installing a new attic fan as the existing one was no longer working. The actual Crew tore off and installed the new roofing material with no issues and made sure the landscaping was not affected in a negative manner. Jason came the next day to do a final inspection so there were no nails or debris left behind. Overall we are very pleased with the service from the entire team. I have recommended Proliance to my neighbors that this is a good resource as some of them are also in need of roofs and siding.
