I’m very happy with my new roof and gutters from Presidential Roofing! When I needed a new roof I had 2 of my neighbors that used them highly recommend them to me. Tom at Presidential was so responsive through all stages of the process to every question I had. His crew was amazing as well- everything was on-time, cleaned up neatly, and looks fabulous. The cost for my roof and gutters was meaningfully less than other estimates. So if you want a fair-priced, high quality roofing/gutter company that does a great job, I highly recommend Presidential!

I had a roof done by presidential roofing 17 years ago and it held up fine until a severe hail storm destroyed most of the roofs in my neighborhood. I had a great experience the first time so I used them again for a new roof and gutters and I’m very happy with the finished job. Tom is very professional.

I highly recommend Presidential Roofing for all your roofing needs. I recently had them replace my roof, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the very first contact to the final completion, working with them was an absolute pleasure—completely different from some other companies that seem more focused on profiting from insurance claims than on actually helping homeowners. Presidential Roofing is the real deal—honest, skilled, and genuinely committed to quality. Tom, the owner, went above and beyond throughout the process. He personally inspected my roof before and after the job, provided thoughtful input during the color selection process (investing a lot of his own time), and even offered valuable advice that ended up saving me money. The project was started and completed exactly on schedule and at the quoted cost—despite the ongoing tariff uncertainty at the time. To avoid price hikes, they proactively pre-purchased materials wherever possible, which I really appreciated. In short, Presidential Roofing is one of the best—if not the best—in the Chicagoland area. I speak from experience, having worked with several roofing companies in the past. None have matched the level of care, professionalism, and genuine customer-first attitude that Tom and his team brought to the table. They truly had my best interests at heart.

I am a new homeowner in Winnetka and just had to take the time to tell of my recent experience with Tom from Presidential Roofing. We have a family of woodpeckers who are turning our siding into Swiss cheese. I reached out to Presidential roofing and Tom replied to inform me that the repairing of wood siding is something that they do not do at the present time. He then told me the type of contractor we needed to contact as well as a suggestion on how to combat our problem. In our 5 years of owning our home we have had to contact many contractors with about a 50/50 split between good and bad experiences (unfortunately). The one constant with our good experiences was the content of the workman’s character and their professionalism. Tom took the time out of his schedule when there was nothing in it for him other than to be a kind human being and of service to others. Based on the 4.9 rating on Yelp, the workmanship clearly matches his character. Our roof will need repair within the next five years and I will absolutely be calling them to do the job.

Presidential Roofing did a great job replacing our home roof and our garage roof and gutters and downspouts were replaced. They showed up as scheduled and completed the job ahead of time and per the contract. Pricing was very reasonable. They cleaned up each day thoroughly. There were a few extras as we needed to have some wood replaced, but it was stated In the contract what the price would be if needed. We would highly recommend them.
