On New Year’s Day, we discovered a major leak in our five-year-old roof. We reached out to a local roofing company in Chicago, and even though it was a holiday, they promised to fit us in that week. True to their word, they called just a few days later to schedule the repair. We were really impressed with how quickly they showed up and how thoughtful Mason was throughout the process. After climbing up onto our snow-covered roof, Mason quickly found the problem. An attic vent hadn’t been installed right, leaving a big two-inch hole and exposing the rubber underneath. He took photos to show us what was going on and even found three other vents in different spots with similar issues. Thankfully, the others hadn’t started leaking yet. A week later, the crew returned and fixed everything in just a few hours, correcting mistakes that should have been addressed when the house was first built.
