I purchased a Zodax reindeer online from Park & Oak, as a Christmas present for my wife in mid November. It arrived promptly, and it remained unopened until Christmas morning's unwrapping. When, unfortunately it was discovered to be broken when she opened the box. I called them on Thursday after Christmas, and they promised that someone would call me back. Within the hour, a woman named Ann called me back, and left a very sincere apologetic message. Assuring me that they would make it right. On Saturday morning, a new replacement had already arrived, which is now looking very charming on our mantle. Thank you Park & Oak, for delivering on your promises, from start to finish. It is very much appreciated!

I cannot speak highly enough about the Park and Oak team. We renovated our 1950s home and somehow Park and Oak brought it up to modern times while keeping the historic charm. It's elevated style yet incredibly warm and inviting. Their team embraced design elements that reflected the essence of our family and even pushed us outside our comfort zone in some areas like our master bathroom and kitchen that I could not be more proud of or love more. Renovating your home is an exciting but also a daunting process. There are so many details you don’t think about and so many decisions that need to be made quickly. When my husband and I started talking about updating our newly purchased home, I knew we needed to partner with a designer and was so glad we found Park & Oak. They do a great job of trying to understand your unique style, how you want to use your space and what you want it to feel like. They’ll definitely push you out of your comfort zone, but you’ll be amazed at how well the spaces reflect you once you’re finished. I’m always surprised at how each room we complete feels more like us than I was ever able to achieve on my own. Having a partner to filter through the millions of options out there, answer questions from my contractor, and expand my ideas beyond what I see on Instagram or Pinterest is truly a gift. While we've only completed three rooms so far, I can’t imagine completing another space without their expertise and look forward to continuing to refresh my home with their support.

Park and Oak have worked with us building our new house. They have gone above and beyond the scope of what we asked and provided great ideas that I couldn't come up with on my own browsing Pinterest! In presenting ideas they do not push their personal style on us and in the process I have realized I do like some things I never thought I would! They are always willing to come up with other ideas and just want us to be happy in our new home. We are in the final stretch of building our house and I have loved working with them. I would absolutely recommend them!
