If you are in the market for windows, siding, and doors, look no further. I recently had my windows and doors replaced by Olson, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and always responsive. The installation team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done with great attention to detail. These factors were extremely important because I used to work in the trades and I notice when something isn't being done correctly or carelessly. They left the place spotless, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Olson for anyone looking to upgrade their home with new windows, doors, and siding! When our roof needs to be replaced I know who I will call.

Shout out to Yvette at Olson for kindly answering all of my questions and being super patient with me. I had Lindsay Pinnacle windows installed by Olson 4 years ago, and feel breezes through them. I have a lot of anxiety and never called to have them fixed. I called today and expressed frustration when I was referred to the manufacturer instead of Olson taking care of it, but Yvette took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of window parts and what is under installation vs. product warranty. Thanks, Yvette, for being awesome!

Olson replaced the windows on the top floor of my home. They did a fantastic job and for a great price. Installation was quick. The installers were very professional and took measures to protect the interior of my home and picked up all debris when done. One of the new windows did have a problem but that was taken care of quickly by Pella and Olson. Highly recommend them for your next project. I will definitely be contacting them within the next year or two to replace the windows on the main floor of my home!

Olson Windows get my highest recommendation! I got quotes from a few places, Olson provides the exact same product as others, at a significantly lower price. They even included trim replacement at no additional cost, no one else offers that. They came and installed windows and a patio door in one day and their work is CLEAN. I am extremely impressed by the installation. My windows had a few minor issues, latches not working properly and a minor scratch on one of the windows; These issues were resolved extremely quickly.
My salesman was Scott Thorson, who was also great. I never felt any pressure and it was clear that he wasn't there to just take my money, but give me the best product and outcome.
I've heard a lot of horror stories when it comes to getting new windows. If you want to avoid any and all headaches call Olson!
