“I had 5 windows installed by them.”

I had 5 windows installed by them. Overall the process was great. they gave me the quote took about 1 week to measure and 5 weeks for the windows to come in and the install was pretty quick and installers did a great job. there is only 2 things i have to say. they windows also seem pretty high quality and look great, My initial quote the sales rep said it included exterior white trim and the day they came to measure the windows he called and said it wouldnt include exterior trim but they would aluminum wrap it. I was pretty unsure about this and considering they were going to start the order that day it gave me like a few hours to decided to ahead or not plus most my other quotes were out of the time frame at this point. so kind of sucks to change the order at last minute but the aluminum wrap and seal still looks great so im not that to upset. The second thing is odyssey remodeling is pretty higher priced than anyone else. I had a mail flyer that was advertising 30% off. this brough the initial quote down from 11k to around 8.5k. Which was higher than both anderson and homedepot. Homedepot quote was around 6.4k-6.5k. And Anderson was about 7.2k. The sales rep was able to get it approved to go down to 6.5k but they said they would not include exterior trim which the installers were able to just install the windows with leaving my old trim on. I decided to go with Odyssey because Anderson quote was one of those "You must sign right now or the price will go up to 14k" sales pitch. and Homedepot windows have mixed reviews. So idk if that 11k price is really a really price or if they always find to give people but with out the discount flyer they started at like 80% more than others quote and still were about 25% higher than other quotes until they negotiated. Overall though I am happy with the experience and they did a good job just know you might have to pitch out a little extra if you go with odyssey. Cant really say if the extra is worth it because i dont have windows from anyone else so who knows if they would of done a similar job. I will say i have 6 upstairs windows that are getting somewhat close to needing replaced probably 5ish years and i will probably go with odyssey again if they can negotiate the price.

Joe Sceglio gave me an estimate on siding and gutters for my garage. He was very knowledgeable and spent time with me on everything from colors, materials, and installation specifics. The next step was to meet with Mike, supervisor of construction to go over all phases of the install. Mike arranged to complete the job while accommodating my schedule. He was very patient and sympathetic to my situation. Greg was our installer. He did a professional job, working with me on all details and concerns. Hugo came in to finish the job with gutters. They were quick and efficient. A great job overall and a good clean-up. Communication was key, all promises were kept. Highly recommend others to use this company in the future. A seamless process from start to finish!

After having bad luck with a friend of a friend doing our roof, we decided to try out an actual company. We went with Odyssey and could not be happier! The process from beginning to end was simple with no pressure from sales rep. We knew exactly what was being put on our roof from the shingles to what is not seen beneath. The crew was very professional and did a great job with the clean-up. We have a couple of dogs so that was very important to us! We will definitely be using Odyssey for the next project. We highly recommend Odyssey if you have a home improvement project and don't know where to start...give them a call - you will not be disappointed.

Based on my neighbor's recommendation I used Odyssey for both my roof and siding. We had hail damage and were using insurance in order to pay. Odyssey was friendly, took time explaining everything and answering a lot of questions we had. We were able to get everything done within our allotted budget which was something we worried about accomplishing. We highly recommend Odyssey for your home needs.

So after all the storm chasers hit my area, I decided to go out and look for a good contractor to replace my roof. I didn't want just a replacement, I wanted something better. Well, I contacted Odyssey and they got me in touch with Ben. He came out, was respectable, and very knowledgeable. No high pressure sales pitch, and he didn't want me to sign a blank contract on replacing my roof, like the storm chasers did. He explained the differences in material, as well as warranty options. So I decided to go with Odyssey and had them replace my roof and gutters. The contractors they sent out were very clean and professional. When payment was due, Ben came to my residence and did a final inspection. Now I am not a roofer, but I did go up on my lower part of the roof to see the quality and the wok that was done. By all means I was able to tell the difference between what I had and a more superior product. Price was not an issue with me, as I was looking for a better product. After working with Ben I got a great product for an excellent price. If anyone needs a roof, or any work, because they are licensed contractor, I forward Ben's contact information and recommend Odyssey Home Remodeling, first. Michael

“After a few hail storms ,our roof and siding started showing wear.”

After a few hail storms ,our roof and siding started showing wear. Our insurance company wouldn't help so we paid out of pocket. Odyssey gave us a great price for quality materials and service. Our roof and siding were done along with trim, soffits, and fascia. Our home looks brand new now. Workers were quick and everything looks well done. It's been a few months and we've had no issues.
