we have used miguel & sons plumbing services before and have always been pleased with their work. when we found a leak under our sink, they were the first ones we thought to call. we called on a monday and got an appointment for wednesday, which was fine since it was just a spare bathroom. ruben showed up on time and checked everything out. he couldn't find an active leak but did spot some corrosion on the pipe under the hot water handle. after talking it over with us, we decided it was best to replace the whole faucet. ruben went out, picked up a new faucet, and installed it quickly. everything works perfectly now and the job was done neatly and professionally. overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Ruben called me back just a couple of hours later and offered to come by the very next afternoon after finishing his morning job, since it sounded urgent. He arrived right on time, brought all the tools and parts he needed, and fixed the main leak quickly. After turning the main water line back on, Ruben found another broken spot and repaired that one too without any delay. We are really glad we decided to call a plumber when we did. We first tried another company, but they couldn’t come out for a couple of days. Our main sewer line was clogged and every time we used water or flushed the toilet, dirty water was bubbling up outside by our front steps. Ruben and Josiah showed up at our house in Chicago within the hour with all their plumbing equipment. They quickly pumped out and cleared our sewer line. we found a leak in our baseboard heating pipes and needed a plumber to take care of it. even though it wasn't an emergency, we called early in the morning and the crew arrived by early afternoon. josiah and edward were both really skilled, friendly, and made sure to keep everything neat while they worked. i know a bit about plumbing and could have tried to fix it myself, but i felt much better leaving it to the pros. they treated our home with real care, just like it was their own, and took extra time to explain the plumbing tools they used, which i appreciated. we'll definitely call them again for any future plumbing work.
