Tim and his team installed a new asphault roof and replaced 3 skylights on my house in Glencoe. The crew was extremely hard working and efficient and exceeded my expectations on timing and work quality. The project required a lot of repairs to the underlying plywood as well as some creative carpentry work on a troublesome area. I spend a lot of time watching the crew and can attest that they knew their jobs well and took pride in their work. The finished product looks great and I'm confident it was done right. I highly recommend Lindholm Roofing.

“Lindholm Roofing was one of the best investments I made in my daughter's home.”

Lindholm Roofing was one of the best investments I made in my daughter's home. Changing a flat roof to a pitched roof, Tim gave me much needed direction on venting the new attic space, as well as other areas that needed attention. During a particularly heavy rain storm, prior to the new roof being installed, Lindholm came out to tarp the roof to ensure no addition interior damage was done. They also replaced the balance of the roof on the 1957 ranch home and were fastidious in there care of the property. Yes, other issues arose once the original roof was removed, but those items were addressed, discussed and agreed upon before the crew went forward with repair. They also replaced all the soffit, gutters and downspouts. One very akward area of gutter and downspout was of great concern, but turned out beautifully. Tim made time to walk the property for inspection once the job was complete...truly a professional, caring company. I will be using them for all my roofing needs going forward and highly recommend their work.

We recently used Lindholm Roofing to replace our entire roof. It was a very positive experience from the cost estimate all the way to the finished work. They were very fair in their estimate of how much the roof would cost, which was competitive with the market. The crew finished the entire job in one day (from early morning to late at night) to avoid leaving any of the roof exposed overnight. They did an excellent job cleaning up all of the old roofing debris and protecting any of the surrounding trees, bushes and shrubs. The final product looks amazing and we are happy to say that we now have a brand new, beautiful roof. I highly recommend using Lindholm Roofing as they are a trusted business that does great work.
