Back in early December 2025, after the first major snowfall of the year, I had a leak in my roof with water dripping into my living room and needed help immediately. I looked online and found JV Roofing and decided to give them a call. I was so fortunate when Jacob picked up the phone which allowed us to go over the situation I was in. He said he would be over the next day to secure the drywall that was cracking from the water leak in my living room. He came over with a 4’x5’ piece of plywood and screwed it into the ceiling along with a container with a hose attached that he put under the roof in the attic where the water was leaking. He drilled a hole in the ceiling so the hose could come down into a bucket to catch the water. That was all he could do until the snow and ice melted from the roof. He said that once the temperature outside reached 40 degrees or more, he could come with his team and repair the part of the roof that was leaking.
During the whole time of waiting for a break in the cold weather, Jacob went above and beyond of what I expected. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and went out of his way to make sure the job was going to be completed correctly. I was extremely worried if we would ever get the day we needed to get the repair fixed. Jacob assured me it would be completed.
They arrived on a Saturday before Christmas in 43 degree weather at 9:00 AM to start the repair and finished at 3:00 PM. Jacob had stopped by a few days before just to make sure the shingles he was going to use for the job matched what was on the roof. Just another step Jacob did to make sure the job would be completed to our satisfaction. As they went about their business, you could see this wasn’t their first rodeo and knew exactly how to fix the leak. As I was outside watching them work, you could tell they took great pride in their work!
To summarize my experience with Jacob, he answered all my calls and texts on a timely manner and helped calm the anxiety I was experiencing with having a leak in my roof at the beginning of winter! He kept assuring me that everything was going to be repaired and that if we ran into any problems in the future all we had to do is call him and he would come back.
So please, if you ever need a professional roofing company who you can depend on, don’t hesitate to call Jacob and his team. You will be happy that you did! Wish I could give him more than five stars !!!

I noticed a JV Roofing sign in my neighbor’s yard and stopped to chat with them about their experience. They had nothing but great things to say about the cost and the service, so I decided to give JV Roofing a call—and I’m so glad I did.
They came out quickly to look at my roof and took the time to go up on the roof and into the attic to clearly show me what the issues were. They explained everything in a way that made sense and walked me through all of my options. I never felt pressured, and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process.
Later that same day, I received my quote. I was worried it might be too late in the year to get the roof done, but they assured me it would be completed before the year ended—and they kept their promise.
They arrived early the following Saturday and had the old roof completely torn off by 11 a.m. The professionalism, communication, and efficiency were top-notch from start to finish. I am extremely happy with my decision and would absolutely recommend JV Roofing to anyone in need of roof work!

JV did an outstanding job on my full roof and garage replacement me and my fiancé recently just bought a home and the first thing on our project was to get the roof done. JV planned accordingly with scheduled date and time of doing meet ups picking colors for shingles and walking us through the process so professionally after the work was completed JV and his team took just one day to complete this Job and he was very fully detailed on what he did and recommended certain other additional things that were needed. I would 100% recommend anybody who’s looking to get their roof repaired or garage roof repaired or replaced. He also cleaned out our gutters that were starting to sag overtime. He also replaced our downspouts that were pretty damaged with the help of his father JV and his team completed this job with no issues or problems about a week or so after there was a heavy storm. so we got to see the new roof being put to the test and sure enough no major issues were happening now I can safely say with a full house, roof replacement and garage roof replacement me and my fiancé can sleep peacefully knowing that we don’t have an old roof anymore like I said, I would recommend anybody who’s looking to get this done. He’s great on his pricing very reasonable will work with you. Step-by-step of the way. thank you once again JV for doing an outstanding job!
