In a recent Lincoln Park listing ($900k), my clients were willing to check all the boxes to update the property with fresh paint and refinished floors. But to show it off properly, it needed to be staged with quality furnishings. Haven was flexible with me as our timeline moved several times. When we finally got to staging day, the team left the property immaculate, and with first class furnishings in a transitional modern style. With the finished look, I was able to bring six offers to my clients after the first weekend on the market, and the winning offer had the strongest terms, with a closing about three weeks out.
