My experience with FCA was terrific - in spite of the problem they had to resolve. My upstairs shower was leaking down to the dining room below. Tony troubleshot the problem with issues in ascending order. Unfortunately the resolution was with the most difficult and expensive item. Latti was all over finding materials and Tony coordinated the crew. Each had one of my hands throughout the process as they worked to resolve our issue. Fortunately the shower is now leak free and for the gerrymandering that had to be done, looks great. If you want great service supported by superior expertise and experience at a fair price, don't go anywhere else. FCA has been in business a few months short of 50 years for a very good reason.

FCA Naperville recently replaced my condo's carpeting. The salesperson (Sherry) was very helpful in choosing the style and very transparent in explaining the costs. She provided a competitive quote that I was happy with. The installers were two of the hardest working people I've ever observed. They were also experienced and competent. I'm very satisfied with the appearance and feel of the finished product. I'm glad I chose FCA!

I went in to get replacement carpet for my stairs, Jesse was excellent she helped me find a beautiful remnant to be placed on my stairs. While I waited to finish up she offered me to go look around at the furniture, I found a $5000 Massoud chair, some pillows and I will go back next week to look for dimensions other things. I love the one and all shop!! Even fit some flowers from their florist!

We were looking at updating our basement flooring from carpet to LVP. Jes did a great job showing us samples and helping us select Mannington AduraMax Highland Oak- Forest Glen color which looks amazing. The installation team did a great job - thanks to Gonzolo. We also replaced the tile in the basement bath with the LVP. Ran into an issue with the toilet flange being too high. Tony did a great job explaining the issue and had a plumber come out the next day to take care of it. Great service and customer care from Jes and Tony. We will certainly recommend FCA to others as we have had a number of compliments on how great the flooring looks in the basement.

We had an outstanding experience with FCA ! The salesman that helped me, Cary, was fantastic. He listened to what we were looking for and he respected our budget while showing us options. The scheduling department was extremely responsive and helpful. And the installation crew was prompt, professional, and very helpful! I don’t know that I would ever use another company for carpet after this experience.

I had driven past FCA on Route 34 in Naperville for years but had never stopped. I had made purchases on flooring from Home Depot but I wish that I would have looked at FCA long before now. They were fabulous! They had all types of flooring as well as furniture and cabinetry Christina Burgas was so very helpful. Despite our uncertainty of what we wished to purchase she continued to be patient with us and listened to what we thought we wanted and guided us through the variety of products. Setting up the install was a breeze and they were very accommodating with that too. We put in LVP coretec and we need to now do our bedrooms and we haven’t decided if we will go with the same LVP or carpeting but we certainly know we want to use FCA.
