They replaced my siding. It was far overdue. I got a few estimates and they were not the cheapest but I wanted the work done professionally and right. They provided plenty of references that I called to confirm. Upon asking for before and after pictures they were prompt in sending them over. Overall I was very satisfied and thankful I didn’t pick the cheapest one. They say you get what you pay for. In construction you want quality

Replaced my roof, gutters, and siding. They worked with my insurance company to get my roof approved. I paid for the gutters and siding out of pocket. It made the most sense to get the full face lift done at once. They did a great job. They were referred to me by 2 cousins, they did both of their roofs. Exceptional Exteriors live up to their name!

They did my roof on my house and did a great job. They worked with my insurance company State Farm and got my roof fully approved, I was impressed with the communication and speed they were able to get everything done. I had people try in the past and were not successful, but Exceptional Exteriors got it done. My new roof looks fantastic, and the clean up was EXCELLENT. I did not find any nails after the job was done. They even did a small repair on a second property next door that wasn't involved in the insurance claim without charging me. I was grateful for their kindness. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!

I needed my roof and gutters replaced and called out 2 companies to give me estimates. The contractor who did my neighbors roof and Exceptional Exteriors. Mike from Exceptional came out and estimated the cost for replacement of my roof and gutters. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable with their process. I wasn’t comfortable with giving a down payment due to horror stories some of my family members have gone through. Mike was understanding and had no issue waiting until the day of install. I went with Exceptional over the guys who did my neighbors because of their reviews, BBB rating, and references. I didn’t ask for references in the estimate but they provided 10 with names and numbers. I was floored.

I noticed a leak in my upstairs closet and called out 4 companies to give me an estimate for repair. 2 of those companies provided an estimate for repair, 2 for replacement. Exceptional was one of those that suggested replacement but went above and beyond to explain why. They took detailed photos and offered to bring me up on the roof myself so I could see exactly what they meant. My roof was almost 30 years old with obvious defects in the metal flashing around my chimney and failing sealant around my pipe jacks. The shingles were extremely brittle from age and any repair attempt would damage the surrounding area. I was impressed with the extra effort to help me understand. They were not here to jip me. They were here to help. The work was detailed and they brought me up again after completion to show me everything. All around impressive customer service and workmanship.

Exceptional Exteriors was one of several companies I got estimates for to replace my roof. They gave me the most detailed proposal with more than just the specifics on the materials they would be using. It was professionally written and included several references for recent roofs they replaced close to my house. I called one and she had actually put a review on their google page as well. It was refreshing to see such transparency in the bidding process. The workmanship lives up to their name; it was truly exceptional. Everything they told me would happen did in fact happen. It was all timely as well. The clean up was my biggest concern due to my children and dogs. It was immaculate. I would definitely recommend!

They had great reviews and here I am putting one myself. The work was top notch. The reviews speak for themselves.

I did vigorous research on several companies in the area after I refinanced my home so l could remodel it. I picked Exceptional Exteriors to do everything on the outside; roof, gutters, siding, fascia, and soffit. I chose them because they had great references and provided me with an address of a property they were doing a similar renovation on in real time. I drove by and checked out the work before deciding to go with them. I was impressed with the details. Their salesperson's ability to coordinate all of it was spectacular. I never felt in the dark and the game plan was followed through with precision. I hope to never do such a large remodel again, but if I were to / wouldn't need to search ever again. I'd choose Exceptional Exteriors.

They replaced my roof and gutters. The work was great, clean up was good too. My biggest praise was actually the crews. The dumpster guy was SO nice and rang my doorbell to let me know he was there and asked if I needed to move my car first before dropping the dumpster. The roof and gutter crews did the same. They showed up and rang my doorbell to let me know they were there before starting to work. Would highly recommend

My roof was leaking and I called them out to diagnose. They suggested full roof replacement and I wasn't ready financially at that time. They were gracious and didn't pressure me at all. I told them I'd be ready in a few months and Antonio called me every few weeks to check in. When I was ready he came by and shortly after the work began. They did a great job! He was on site a good portion of the day, I was surprised. My dad's roof got done a few years ago and the salesman never showed up once. I felt well taken care of.
