Chad did an excellent job at putting my vision into a reality and providing guidance along the way. Our basement looks brand new and a perfect mix of comfortable yet also put-together. Chad did an amazing job on my full kitchen remodel back in 2018 so when I recently bought a new home that needed some updating he was my first call. He has now helped me redesign everything from kitchens and master bathrooms to laundry rooms and playrooms. But I have to say my favorite was his help on choosing the perfect color for a custom murphy bed wall that transformed my home office. Thanks to Chad’s help and guidance all of the projects have turned out exactly as I hoped. Chad does a great job turning my high-level ideas on design into reality. I enjoy working with him as he’s always very responsive, no matter how big or small the question, and the design process feels truly collaborative. I also appreciate Chad’s friendly and professional demeanor that points me in the right direction without being pushy. Chad is particularly helpful at guiding me on where I can save some budget and where it’s worth a little splurge. I’ve also used many of Chad’s recommendations on different trades and they have all worked out great as well. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen remodel & it was wonderful to work with Chad! We had an idea of what we wanted but we were overwhelmed by all of the decisions to be made. We met with Chad and he took it and ran with it. We have an older home and the kitchen was small with wasted space. He helped us improve the functionality, keep the charm and elevated the space with sophisticated touches. He worked with us when there were specific components we were hoping to incorporate, and he provided many options to compliment (or replace) those components as needed. We used Chad Esslinger Design initially to update our family room, Chad came in to meet with us, got a sense of our style, our expectations for the project and to see the space. After our initial meeting, Chad sent us over some plans including design, furniture and decorative options. Chad was very open to our questions, ideas and feedback during the design process. As we moved into the construction phase, Chad was just as engaged throughout the construction process and came in to meet with the contractors about design questions and to trouble shoot any challenges. After construction was complete Chad came back in to arrange the furniture and décor to complete the project. We greatly appreciated Chad's approach and love the style that he brought to our project. We were so impressed with Chad Esslinger Design that we have used him to update our formal living room, our powder room and help with some updates to our kitchen.
