I recently had a great experience with Emmett's Speedy Plumbing Company. Jacob came out to fix a water leak in the pipe going to my kitchen sink. He used a camera through the clean-out to find exactly where the problem was. Jacob needed to cut into the drywall and replace the old pipe with a new one, which involved some soldering. He also rearranged the PVC pipes under the sink so the water drains better, and installed a new kitchen faucet for me that I had picked up earlier. It did take some time, but Jacob was very thorough. When he returned to finish up, I asked if he could also replace a bathroom faucet and the tub spout so my shower would work. He made sure to get the right parts, even though the new tub spout was shorter than the old one. Jacob managed to make it all fit perfectly. He came back again to patch up the drywall from the original leak, and while he was here, he changed out an old outside water spigot that had been leaking for years. The price was less than I expected, especially compared to other plumbers I’ve called in the past. Everything works great now, and I’m really happy with my new faucets and the other repairs. All the plumbing issues I had for years are finally fixed, and the service was friendly and professional.

I was a bit worried since my water heater is up in the attic of my two-story house with high ceilings and a very small entryway. The old unit was over 20 years old and that size isn’t made anymore, so there were a lot of tricky challenges for them to handle. Jacob and Donovan showed up on time, were really polite, and took extra care to protect my home while they worked. They were patient with me as I asked questions and kept an eye on things. The team found a highly rated hot water heater and even special ordered one that could fit into my attic space. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Jacob from the team came out the next day, looked over everything, and gave me a fair estimate to hydrojet all my lines and put in a clean out cap. Their price was only a third of what the first company wanted to charge! The whole crew was very professional, got the job done quickly, and left everything clean. We had a problem with sewage backing up into our first floor shower every time the toilet was flushed. We called Emmett's Speedy Plumbing Company to help us out. Jacob arrived during the promised time and quickly figured out the issue was a blockage between our first floor bathroom and the main sewer clean-out in front of the house. He was very professional and careful, making sure not to damage any of our bathroom fixtures or walls while working. Jacob also cleaned up right away after finishing the job. He solved the issue in just over an hour, even taking the time to remove and reinstall the toilet. If you need a plumber in Chicago, I definitely recommend them for their fast and friendly service!

Even though it was a Saturday, our hosts contacted Emmett's Speedy Plumbing Company and within just 20 minutes, a plumber named Donovan arrived at our door. In about half an hour, he had replaced the kitchen faucet with a brand new one, cleaned up the whole area, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I’ve noticed their service vans around here before, but after this experience, I really appreciate how reliable and quick their work is. I honestly didn’t expect a plumber to arrive so quickly on a weekend or to have all the necessary replacement parts ready to go. I had a great experience with my plumber in Chicago. I discovered a water leak in the line running between the meter and my house, and they responded quickly to my call. Donovan came out and clearly explained everything that needed to be done, including marking the cable, gas, and sewer lines, and arranging the necessary inspections. They handled the whole process from start to finish! Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and really seemed to know what they were doing. They worked efficiently and kept everything very tidy. Even though they had to dig a long trench to put in new pipe, just a few days later my neighbors were impressed that you could hardly tell any plumbing work had been done. My yard looked just as good, if not better, than before! They also pointed out a possible electrical grounding issue with my home, which I appreciated. While a water main leak is never fun, I felt confident and relieved knowing I had such a skilled team on the job.
