From my initial inquiry through the work's completion, they were responsive to all my questions. They handled the permitting. They were able to fit the work into the timeline I had for other work going on in the apartment. And, they showed up on time, did the work, and went above and beyond by providing advice for handling some unexpected and complicated issues that arose. Also, my building manager and engineer -- who have seen this kind of work done in many apartments in the building -- report that their prices are highly competitive. I would definitely use them for any other electrical work I need to have done.

I visited Dunning today who I believe was contracted to replace all unit breaker boxes in my condo several years ago. I first called and spoke with a very pleasant woman who encouraged me to stop by with the faulty breaker needing replacement that was not providing the necessary 120/240 voltages to my electric range. She noted that I should stop by mid afternoon in time to ask the service staff if a replacement was in stock or could be ordered. I did so and was greeted by two knowledgeable service men. They knew immediately what I needed and checked for a replacement in their inventory. I was given a used exact replacement breaker gratis. It resolved my voltage issue with my electric range and so I am once again a happy camper and can cook and bake once again! Thanks Dunning!
