Hiring the Desa Design Team was truly one of the best decisions we made for our kitchen renovation. I came to them with Pinterest boards full of inspiration, but so many different ideas that I struggled to define a clear vision. They helped refine those ideas and bring the final design to life beautifully. Because we had recently refinished our hardwood floors, the team thoughtfully designed the cabinet footprint to ensure every bit of the old finish was covered. Since our family cooks most nights, creating a professional chef’s kitchen was a priority. Even with our smaller kitchen, they carefully scaled the appliances so nothing felt overwhelming. Throughout the process, Desa communicated with the construction team and oversaw the details, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. When we discovered unexpected plumbing in the soffits, they came up with a clever solution that delivered the look we wanted without the added cost of rerouting pipes. One of the most impactful changes was rethinking our seating. What once fit just four people now comfortably accommodates ten between the counter and dinette spaces. Our dinette has even become the “Instagram moment” during family gatherings and celebrations. The Desa team truly listened to how we live day to day and created a kitchen that not only matches our vision but also enhances the way we experience the space.

We fell absolutely in love with her work and proceeded to get our outdoor space designed by her as well. Her team is diligent, resourceful, responsive and simply amazing to work with. We built a house from scratch so the Desa team had to collaborate with multiple parties. We loved the way they were able to make everything in the house flow (layout, colors, wood, carpet, etc). Their flexibility was great; they listened to what we wanted and were adaptable when we changed our minds (even several times). The 3D floorplan graphics were a huge help in making it easy for us to see what they were visualizing. We really appreciated their overall professionalism as well. They ALWAYS delivered what was promised and it was always on time. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted and our house is beautiful. Hire this firm, you won't be disappointed.
