was dealing with these annoying drafts all winter and when it rained water would actually pool on the sill which was super concerning for the wood. figured i needed someone to handle the caulking and seal everything up tight before the next season hits hard. cm waterproofing really came through for me. the guy who came out explained why the old sealant failed, it was basically just peeling off in dried strips because the last owner used cheap stuff. he stripped it all back and put down a really thick clean bead of caulk that actually looks professional. usually you see globs everywhere but this was neat work. tested it with the hose a few days later and its bone dry inside. honestly such a relief not worrying about rot anymore or having to put towels down.
