We bought the apartment next-door to ours and we hired CI Design and Build to renovate and seamlessly incorporate the new apartment into our existing space, which we also renovated. Beyond the challenges that such a project inherently holds, our project took place in the middle of the extreme upheaval of the global Covid pandemic. The CI team listened to our vision and worked hard to make it come to fruition. The team was talented, professional, responsible, reliable, responsive, good at listening and communicating, and fun! All of the designers and craftsmen who worked on our project, both the in-house folks and the subs, were talented and did beautiful work. Throughout the process, we felt we were kept well informed as to the progress within each stage. The finished space is beautiful and consistent with our vision. Once our project was completed, the team has been terrific responding to punchlist items and other issues. We are quite pleased and love our expanded and renovated home. We highly recommend CI Design and Build.

Our family worked with CI Design + Build and Michael Miller recently on a full remodel/reimagining of a 30 year old condo in the Gold Coast. These types of jobs in legacy units and buildings can be challenging for a number of reasons ranging from lack of original plans to complications with the HOA. CI Design met every challenge head on and was able to get us to the finish line with incredible results. The integration of the in house design team and the construction team was seamless and made our lives so much easier that everything was happening under one roof. The design choices were flawless and the construction team could not have done a better job. The job site was always clean and organized and the fine detail in the final product was beyond expectation. We highly recommend working with CI Design+Build.
