We chose Chicagoland Builders on experience, good reputation, and price. The new siding and gutters took about 3 weeks all-in to install. Great feedback along the way From on-site supervisor Frank, and his colleague Oscar who pointed out the issues our house had including 3 old layers of siding that had to be removed, along with replacement of some underlying wood. Very happy with our new hardy board siding and gutters!!

Chicagoland Builders was outstanding! They transformed our 1970s home exterior to a more contemporary classic look with the siding, shutter and window box installation. The crew performing the work was highly skilled, pleasant and diligent in clean up. Overnight during the process, the crew would store their tools and the product in an organized manner. Project management was on time and met our high standards and expectations. Price paid for the product and service was fair and unmatched giving us extreme value for such a huge project. Thank you to them and we highly recommended their work.

We hired Chicagoland Builders to replace the siding on our house, rebuild portions of our front and back porches, and replace a patio door and window that was rotted out. From start to finish everyone was responsive and easy to work with. Deciding team went above and beyond! The work was completed professionally and as quickly as weather would allow in February. The siding project involved removing asbestos shingle siding, the original wood siding and adding foam insulation as well as Henry blueskin VP 100 wrap, prior to installing Hardie board. Our house is warmer, less drafty, and we have seen a dramatic reduction in our gas bills. It looks great too! We are very pleased and would recommend them and will be contacting them about any future projects.

I called Chicagoland Builders on a small 8 foot piece of trim that had come off on my siding that was installed over 2 years ago by them. They were out in less then 2 days and reattached the piece of trim at no charge. It is great to have a company in this day and age that goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

I deal with contractors all the time being a landlord and I want to save you time by letting you know that Chicagoland Builders Inc is one of the best!!! Michael the owner is straight to the point and will give you a good price and more importantly he is prompt and very professional. They are a one stop shop with a big operation doing everything and has a great crew. More importantly, the work is top notch and guaranteed, so you can trust it and won’t disappear for any issues or touch ups. Integrity comes to mind if I have one word to incapsulate my experience with CBI and I hope this helps you evaluate when choosing a contractor.
