Anchor Point was highly recommended to us and they lived up to the hype! We just purchased our first house here in Chicago and were concerned about the condition of our roof. We knew our sunroom had experienced significant water damage over time and discovered some soft spots on the roof. Anchor Point came out for a free inspection and confirmed that our sunroom roof needed to be replaced (but the rest of our roof was in good shape! Whew!) They answered all of our questions and worked with us to schedule around weather interruptions. Their communication with us was EXCELLENT. My contact person, Ever, kept me updated with shipping details regarding the materials and photos as the project got started. They completed the project in about 6 hours start to finish. We love our new roof and look forward to working with Anchor Point again when we eventually replace the rest of our roof.

Got on the roof and found the cause of a leak as well as a soon to be issue. Took video describing what they were seeing from different angles so we could have an intelligent conversation. Scheduled our service two weeks later and haven't had an issue since. The video and images before and after the work was completed made us confident that the services we needed were complete. Anchor Point Roofing provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. We interviewed six different roofing companies, and Anchor Point was by far the most compelling choice. Ever and the crew were fantastic, and even though I had to travel during the installation (June of 2025), my wife had a phenomenal experience with the installation crew. The roof looks amazing. The drone videos and photos were world-class, and we are very pleased with how the brilliant black shingles look on our home. Jim's consultative approach helped us match the color of the shingles with our home's exterior. “The replacement of our shingle roof by Anchor Point Roofing was a total joy of a project.”

The replacement of our shingle roof by Anchor Point Roofing was a total joy of a project. Completed in one day. The project manager, Ever, kept the work on schedule updated me all day long. The project was a typically tricky location in the city where adjacent properties had to be protected. Anchor Point tarped the neighboring houses and shrubs and made it seem that no one had even been working on the roof. Complete clean-up! I especially liked the Malarky shingles that Anchor Point installs. Was not familiar with the name so did some research. As an architect, I was familiar with the major brands such as GAF and CertainTeed. Turns out that Malarky is actually a superior shingle. I was sold. And saving the best comment for last, the best part of the whole experience is that Anchor Point was lowest cost of the three quotes I received. Jim wrote a thorough and detailed quote and stuck to the numbers. At the end of the day, I was exceptionally pleased with the entire experience. So now, let it storm!

Anchor Point Roofing (APR) owner came in a timely manner to give up a quote. Walked us around our building discribing what they would do. We received our quote the next day. Price was fair and we felt comfortable with APR so we signed the contract. Job was completed and installed in the time frame we needed it in. This was early spring. There were a few minor issues including shingles that were buckled and were worryng to us. The owner came by and reviewed the roof, they took care of the items we pointed out and said we could wait until the shingles flatten out to make our final payment. within two weeks roof looked great and we made the final payment. All the staff were helpful during the process.

We had a complete tear off and roof replacement done by Anchor recently and had an amazing experience from start to end. They were timely in answering any and all questions, and they moved our project along quickly. They were up front and fair with their costs. We received a few different quotes, but the quality of shingles they use surpassed others. My father-in-law is a contractor, and we ran the quote and inspection report by him as well to do some double-checking on top of our research. He also believed the quote was fair and agreed with their inspection findings (based on photos). We did not feel pressure to replace our roof - they were meticulous in their inspection, and we appreciated the phots and time it took to point out issues to us. Other contractors were quick to say we needed a replacement without backing that statement up with specifics. The replacement was fast and efficient. They also came back the next day to show us photos and, answer questions. They gave us updates throughout the process, including pointing out when we needed to replace a board on our roof deck. They utilized a drone to accomplish this, which was really cool. We are very happy with the results and know the shingles they used are top notch. The shingles are high enough quality that we should be able to get a discount on our home owners insurance that we will be seeking. We are about a few weeks into the new roof with a few heavy downpours and have had no issues. Highly recommend!

Anchor Point did a great job on a roofing maintenance project for our townhomes. They were the only company that we reached out to who spent time thoroughly evaluating the 20+ roofs and providing pictures of the areas that needed work, broken down by unit. They also provided pictures to each unit once the work was complete. Communication was great throughout the process and they were easy to reach when we had a couple of additional things that needed to be addressed at the end.
