I am a first time homeowner and was overwhelmed by the number of calls and door to door visits I was getting about my roof. That was until I met Gabe. He helped walk me through the whole process, called my insurance company to get the process going, and was just a text away any time I had a question. After finding out my roof would be covered Gabe and team walked me through next steps of picking out materials and what to expect for the install. The scheduling office was also very nice and easy to get a hold of if anything needed to be adjusted. I would definitely work with them again!

We replaced a the windows in the house. Aloha did fabulous work. The removal of the old windows was quick and clean. The new windows fit perfectly, and the new windows are insulated and sealed around the edges. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the new windows look.

Did a great job on replacing my roof after hail damage. After the first adjuster denied me, and damaged my shed, Aloha worked with me to get another adjuster out and get approved. It was always easy to get a hold of someone as well, with any questions I had. Work was done in a day, and did an excellent job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.

We had an insurance claim to get part of our roof replaced and siding replaced due to storm damage. Aloha was insanely helpful throughout the process and really did go above and beyond for us. Last May Richard Finney of Aloha Construction discussed the replacement of my 20 year old roof. There was a hail storm a few months previous and there were houses in the neighborhood that had hail damage. Richard inspected my roof from the ground and after pointing out several bad spots, I agreed to have Richard do a more through inspection. I engaged State Farm at that time to have an inspection. Richard and his team leader Vince organized a mutual meet up with Aloha and State Farm. State Farm sent out a 3rd party inspector. The inspector and the Aloha team went up on the roof to inspect for hail damage. While the Aloha team pointed out multiple areas of damage, the 3rd party inspector was in a rush and reported back to State Farm there was only slight damage found. Richard and Vince went to work for me battling state farm to send out another inspector. They were relentless. They knew how to navigate the process and were well aware of State Farm and how they operate. After much back and forth and pushing State Farm, State Farm refused to cover the replacement of my roof. Two doors down, Aloha worked with one of my neighbors that had a different insurance provider and they were able to get a full roof replacement. The roof turned out great. I have heard from multiple roofing contractors that State Farm is notorious for denying claims. As I was not ready to move forward paying for the roof myself at that time, I decided to hold off on the job. I recently engaged Richard and Vince again as my roof has started to leak. It is time to have the roof replaced. Richard and Vince were quick to get me a very competitive quote (in fact it was the lowest). Due to some factors not related to Richard, Vince or Aloha, I did decide to go with other vendor. I do however appreciate the tenacity that Richard had going to battle for me. Richard is great to work with if you get the chance.

Aloha did a great job, everything went as expected. They promptly resolved all issues with my insurance, finished work in one day, their stuff was very helpful and professional. Claim specialist guy, Andres, was very pleasant person to talk to, he clearly explained all the process, was always ready to answer any questions and easy reachable by phone any time. Sales manager, Vince, was a big help after work completion with all final payments and invoices.
