In the early morning hours of Thanksgiving Eve, high Chicago winds caused a bough from our live tree to totally destroy our double pane bay window. When the sun rose we saw the full extent of the damage and started calling our house insurance company right away and the window company with whom we had the "lifetime warranty". Both the window company and our house insurance carrier stated that they would NOT be able to help us until the week AFTER THANKSGIVING!! Our only remedy for safety and security was to get an emergency board-up service. By 10am CST we were knee deep in a Goggle search for emergency board-up services. We called around, and either no one answered their phone or these businesses never returned our calls even after leaving messages. THE ONLY COMPANY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS BUSYBEE 24HOUR EMERGENCY BOARD UP & GLASS!! BUSYBEE made it EASY to submit pictures of our damaged window for our FREE ESTIMATE. They also gave us CLEAR and CONCISE instructions on how to contract them for service. This was particularly helpful because this was a first-time experience for us and we were extremely nervous. BUSYBEE also provided FAIR PRICING, CONVENIENT PAYMENT OPTIONS, and an ACCURATE TIMEFRAME for their arrival. The serviceman was thorough and COMPLETED the job in a very TIMELY MANNER. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!! Because of BUSYBEE BOARD UP & GLASS, we are able to reside in our home, SAFE, WARM, and SECURE, and STILL ENJOY the THANKSGIVING WEEKEND AS INITIALLY PLANNED!!! I would recommend this business highly. My husband's business had a break in and we found out late at night. Busy bee answered the phone immediately and sent Diego out to our business and secured our glass door. He was there within the hour and was knowledgeable about how to secure the door properly. He was very nice. I really dont know what we would have done without this service coming out so quick. Thank you!

Accidents do happen when you own a small business, so when a mannequin accidentally fell over and crashed through our front window we called Busy Bee and they came out same day and boarded up our front window. Great customer service and quick response time in getting out to our store. Would highly recommend.
